ABOUT
About
The idea of a podcast came about one day in 2014 in a discussion between Muin and Dr. Shadee. Students learn so much in casual conversations with teachers, and so what if we turned that informal convo into a format of its own. Muin picked up a mic and started recording a simple interview on marriage. A few weeks later, he put out a message for a content curator. Alex was the first to reply, and The Safina Society Podcast was born. Saad was recruited for tech support, and together, they formed the official team.
Muin then discovered the braniac kid from South Jersey called 'Naz.' Nazmul Hasan, an computer scientist at NBC Studios, went on to put together one of the best series the podcast has ever had: the three-part Problem of Evil episodes. Other regulars include Mufti Niaz and Humza Q the law student.
