About Deen Essentials
In their four years of high schoolers, students will take eight courses as a part of Deen Essentials.
DE 101 The Life of the Prophet ﷺ
DE 102 Purification & Prayer
DE 201 Death & Afterlife
DE 202 Fundamental Beliefs
DE 301 Purification of the Heart
DE 302 The Rights of Parents & Prohibitions of the Tongue
DE 401 The Compilation of the Quran & the Hadith
DE 402 Basics of the Sacred Law (Fasting, Zakat, Hajj, Marriage, Trade, Inheritence)
Classes go by semester. There are twelve sessions in the Fall and fifteen in the Spring. A student can come in for any class then retake the missing classes when the cylce begins again.
