Muslims link with their Prophet ﷺ will never end.

By Dr. Shadee Elmasry

Muslims link with their Prophet ﷺ will never end. Ibn Hajar & Ibn Kathir confirm: In the time of Sayyidna Umar, there was a drought. Bilal al-Muzani, a Companion, went to the grave of the Prophet ﷺ and said, “Messenger of Allah, pray for rain on behalf of your community.” That night he saw the Prophet ﷺ in a dream telling him, “Go to Umar with the greeting of peace and inform him you will receive rain. Tell him to be intelligent and wise.” Bilal al-Muzani went and informed Umar who wept and said, “O Allah I will spare no effort.” Sources: Ibn Abi Shayba, al-Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq Sanani, al-Musannaf Bayhaqi, Dalail al-Nubuwwa Ibn Abd al-Barr, al-Istiab Ibn Abi Khaythama, al-Isaba Ibn Kathir, Al-Bidaya wal-Nihaya Ibn Hajar, Fath al-Bari Ibn Kathir and others said, the chain is sound.
