Hadith Course with Ijaza

Mufti Niaz Hannan

Connect to the Traditions of the Messenger ﷺ through the greatest collection of Hadith, the Jami‘ al-Sahih of Imam al-Bukhari. In this course, Shaykh Mufti Niaz Hannan will narrate the Thulathiyyat (Ahadith with only three narrators in the chain) of Imam al- Bukhari’s Jami‘ al-Sahih through the multiple chains of transmission he has received from his teachers worldwide. These chains connect one to students and teachers of Hadith going back fourteen centuries and ultimately back to The Greatest of Creation. We will go through a study of the narrations and give commentary on the chains of transmission and texts of the Hadith, in sha Allah. This is an Ijazah course/module. Students who attend each session, listen to the full aural transmission, and understand the principles covered in the text, will be presented with a written Ijazah – permission to narrate the Hadith by Mufti Niaz.

Virtues of Seclusion

Dr. Shadee Elmasry

A Muslim in today's world is between a rock and a hard place: the world is corrupted, and we need to stay away from all the evil. However, as human beings we need company; we need to be around people. Islam is a social religion that must be practiced alongside family, friends and communities. So how do we balance all of this? This seven hour course aims to cover the ins and outs of this delicate balance.

Remembrance of God

Dr. Shadee Elmasry

How frustrating is it not being able to access knowledge directly from its Arabic sources? This course takes you through the text word for word, while also discussing the content. So this is not just Arabic. If you don't know Arabic at all, you will still benefit from the commentary. This is how the screen looks, as the sections we go over are highlighted and specific words are marked.
